Qualifications & Experience:

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) by the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC)
• Active Washington State Respiratory Therapist license
• Current ACLS & BLS certifications (American Heart Association)
• Previous experience in both in-patient and out-patient respiratory care preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to protocol-driven care

Role Duties:

• Provide cardiopulmonary diagnostics and therapeutic services per department protocols
• Assist physicians with invasive and non-invasive procedures
• Deliver medicated aerosols and manage medical gas systems
• Maintain airways, manage ventilators, perform arterial line insertions, intubations, and pulmonary function studies
• Conduct cardiac and pulmonary stress tests, as well as blood gas analysis
