Key Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
• Current state licensure as required for practice
• Previous experience as a respiratory therapist in acute care preferred
• Proficient in ventilator management, aerosol therapy, and airway care
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• BLS certification (ACLS preferred)

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver respiratory therapy interventions including oxygen therapy, chest physiotherapy, and ventilator management
• Perform patient assessments and recommend/implement care plans in coordination with physicians and nurses
• Accurately document therapy and patient responses in the medical record
• Educate patients and their families about respiratory treatments and home care
• Adhere to evidence-based practice standards and facility protocols
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the care team

$2,130 - $2,253/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
