In this position, you’ll work with an interdisciplinary team that values your skills as a respiratory therapist and encourages independence, critical thinking, and collaboration with physicians. Exposure to patient care from neonates to geriatrics in a Level II Trauma facility, including a NICU, ICU, surgical, and medical floors, will enhance your clinical adaptability and leadership abilities. Gaining hands-on experience with advanced respiratory equipment—such as Airvo, PB 840 Vent, PB 980 Vent, Hamilton C1, MR1, and V-60 Respironics—adds valuable credentials to your resume and prepares you for any healthcare setting.

Schedule:

  • 12-hour shifts: 6:00 am–6:30 pm, 6:00 pm–6:30 am
  • Rotating every third weekend and every third holiday
  • Orientation: Three 12-hour shifts

Qualifications:

  • RRT or CRT with ND state licensure
  • BLS, ACLS, NRP certifications required
  • Proven NICU experience
  • Comfort working from neonatal through geriatric populations
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise independent clinical judgment and collaborate across disciplines

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver respiratory care in all facility areas (inpatient, outpatient, ER, rehab, NICU, ICU, and others)
  • Operate a variety of ventilatory and respiratory support devices
  • Routinely communicate and coordinate with the healthcare team
  • Manage documentation and participate in patient care planning
