Schedule/Hours

• 36 hours per week
• Days/Evenings Rotation; Every Other Weekend required
• Possible rotation to 11a-11p shifts as needed; Night shifts are straight nights

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist in an acute care setting
• Proficiency in ventilator management and drawing arterial blood gases
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy
• Vent experience required
• Current CRT or RRT credential from the NBRC
• Active Massachusetts Respiratory Therapist License
• Experience with EPIC EMR preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe and effective respiratory care to patients across ICU, Med/Surg, ED, and specialty units
• Operate advanced equipment including the PB980 and Hamilton T1 Transport ventilators
• Perform and interpret arterial blood gas analyses
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Adapt to various shift assignments and unit needs
