- 36 guaranteed hours weekly

Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in ICU and ER, treating both adults and pediatric patients (including intubation and mechanical ventilation)
- Comfortable working in Level 1 Nursery, attending high-risk C-sections as part of the resuscitation team
- NICU or PICU experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency with Drager V500, Hamilton T-1 ventilators, V60 BiPAP, Airvo high flow, neopuff, Ram cannula
- Skilled in EPIC documentation
- Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS
- Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality respiratory care across all hospital units (float role: newborn through adults)
- Assist with emergency intubations, high-risk deliveries, and resuscitations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate records using EPIC EMR
- Participate in ongoing education modules as assigned
