Qualifications:

• Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential.
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for reciprocity in Washington.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
• Prior experience in acute care or hospital settings preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, treat, and care for patients with respiratory disorders following best practice guidelines.
• Administer oxygen, aerosol medications, and manage ventilators or other life-support systems.
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team in developing and implementing individualized patient care plans.
• Perform and interpret diagnostic tests such as arterial blood gases.
• Educate patients and families about respiratory care and health management.
