Qualifications:

• Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility for Washington licensure)
• Previous experience in acute care or hospital settings preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
• Strong communication, clinical assessment, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer treatments, manage ventilator support, and monitor patient progress
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and revise care plans
