You’ll work three 12-hour night shifts and participate in call coverage, supporting patients of all ages in a progressive care setting. Silt offers plenty to discover in your downtime, including hiking, fishing, and local arts—ensuring your travel assignment is as rewarding outside of work as it is within.

Qualifications:

  • Active NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential (CRT will not be considered)
  • Valid Colorado RRT license in good standing (DORA)
  • American Heart Association certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP (AAP)—all required
  • Graduation from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
  • Minimum five years of hands-on RT experience, including critical care and ventilator management
  • Strong experience in neonatal and pediatric care, particularly in Level 2 NICU
  • Prior travel experience—this assignment is not suited for first-time travelers
  • Submission documents: skills checklist, all AHA certificates, CO license, resume, NBRC RRT certificate

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality respiratory care and diagnostic procedures to patients with varying needs and acuity levels
  • Manage ventilators and oversee critical care interventions for neonatal, pediatric, and adult populations
  • Adhere to best practices, leveraging the latest clinical protocols and equipment
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
