Required Qualifications:
- Current registration as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
- Active respiratory care practitioner license appropriate for Washington state
- BLS and ACLS certifications (additional credentials may be required based on role specifics)
- Demonstrated experience in acute care or hospital-based settings
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver respiratory care modalities as prescribed, including oxygen therapy, aerosol therapy, and mechanical ventilation
- Perform diagnostic assessments and monitoring of patient progress
- Collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare staff to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulatory guidelines
- Respond promptly to respiratory emergencies and provide advanced airway management
