Required Qualifications:

  • Current registration as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
  • Active respiratory care practitioner license appropriate for Washington state
  • BLS and ACLS certifications (additional credentials may be required based on role specifics)
  • Demonstrated experience in acute care or hospital-based settings
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver respiratory care modalities as prescribed, including oxygen therapy, aerosol therapy, and mechanical ventilation
  • Perform diagnostic assessments and monitoring of patient progress
  • Collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare staff to optimize patient outcomes
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulatory guidelines
  • Respond promptly to respiratory emergencies and provide advanced airway management
