This opportunity provides significant exposure to diverse patient populations, especially in high-acuity settings such as the NICU. Schedule & Hours

  • 3 x 12-hour shifts per week
  • Every other weekend rotation

Qualifications & Desired Experience

  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
  • At least 2 years of general RT experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency in NICU, with strong skills in CPAP, High Flow Nasal Cannula, Bubble CPAP, and mechanical ventilation assistance
  • Comfort working with adults and neonates is essential
  • Certifications: BLS, ACLS required; NRP preferred (can be obtained after hire)
  • Proficiency using Hamilton C1, V60, Hamilton MR1 equipment
  • Familiarity with Meditech documentation system

Responsibilities

  • Provide respiratory care for both adult and NICU populations, performing specialized procedures and interventions
  • Assist with NICU respiratory needs, including CPAP, mechanical ventilation, and more
  • Work collaboratively with both experienced and newly onboarded staff members
  • Adhere to all guidelines, protocols, and the all-black uniform dress code
