Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid credential as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
• Current respiratory care practitioner license
• Demonstrated proficiency in all respiratory care modalities, including assessments, treatments, and procedures
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications preferred
• Excellent assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Previous hospital or acute care experience is highly valued

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive respiratory assessments and deliver therapeutic interventions tailored to patient needs
• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot mechanical ventilators and other respiratory equipment
• Administer prescribed respiratory treatments such as aerosol therapy, chest physiotherapy, oxygen therapy, and airway management
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and adjust patient treatment plans
• Educate patients and their families on respiratory care techniques and disease management
• Keep accurate records of procedures, patient progress, and outcomes in accordance with facility protocols
