Key Qualifications:

• Current license as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
• Previous experience in intensive or critical care respiratory therapy preferred
• BLS and ACLS certification required

Schedule/Hours:

• Develop and recommend treatment plans based on patient evaluations
• Educate patients and families about respiratory therapies, equipment, and discharge instructions
• Administer prescribed medications, ventilation, and oxygenation therapies
• Perform chest physiotherapy, suctioning, routine oximetry/capnography, and EKG procedures
• Administer and monitor mechanical ventilation, support bronchoscopies, and perform pulmonary function studies
• Complete accurate treatment records, charge entries, and update patient charts
• Collaborate with physicians and maintain seamless communication during shift transitions
