Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) | Tallahassee, Florida

This position immerses you in a dynamic hospital environment recognized for its commitment to exceptional patient care. Collaborate with a skilled multidisciplinary team and gain exposure to advanced technologies such as Puritan Bennet 980 ventilators, Vapotherm, and Seimens EPOC bedside ABG analyzers. Expand your skill set as you rotate through all inpatient floors, including two 10-bed ICUs, performing high-level procedures and contributing to daily nursing unit rounds.

Schedule/Hours:

• Three 12-hour shifts per week (7:00PM – 7:00AM)
• Rotating weekends
• Floating throughout all inpatient units

Qualifications:

• Registered Respiratory Therapist credentials
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP
• Proficient with ventilator and Bipap management
• Experience in critical care and emergency respiratory therapy
• Skilled in aerosol treatments, intubation, arterial line insertion, and bedside bronchoscopy support

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive respiratory care in critical, emergency, and acute settings
• Manage and monitor advanced respiratory equipment
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
• Accurately document patient care in Meditech
• Support and enhance patient experience through compassionate care

$1,452 - $1,536/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
