Schedule/Hours:

  • 13-week assignment
  • 12-hour night shifts (6:30 PM – 6:30 AM)
  • No on-call requirements

Desired Qualifications:

  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) strongly preferred; Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) considered
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in long-term care and critical care settings
  • Active Florida respiratory license in hand
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing complex, long-term critical care patients
  • Adaptability and strong collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality respiratory therapies and interventions
  • Monitor and evaluate patient progress, working within interdisciplinary teams
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with best practices
  • Educate patients and families on therapies and care, fostering positive experiences
