What You’ll Do:

• Deliver safe, effective respiratory care to patients of all ages
• Assess, plan, and implement respiratory therapy and interventions
• Operate, monitor, and maintain ventilators and other respiratory equipment
• Perform diagnostic procedures such as arterial blood gas analysis and pulmonary function testing
• Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
• Document all care provided according to facility policies and regulatory requirements
• Educate patients and their families regarding respiratory treatments and self-care

Qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
• Valid state license for California, or eligibility to obtain
• Recent experience in acute care or hospital settings (preferred)
• BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
