Schedule/Hours:

  • 13-week travel assignment
  • Day shifts: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
  • Alternating weekends required

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver safe, evidence-based respiratory care therapies and interventions for acute care patients.
  • Assess, monitor, and document patient responses to therapy.
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized patient care plans.
  • Perform advanced respiratory procedures, including ventilator management and airway care.
  • Respond promptly to emergency situations and utilize critical thinking skills in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential.
  • Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP.
  • Minimum of 1 year recent acute care hospital experience.
  • Willingness to work every other weekend.
  • Permanent address at least 50 miles from the facility.
  • Submissions missing required credentials will not be considered.
