Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current and valid Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
- Active, unencumbered state license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Prior experience in acute care or hospital-based respiratory therapy preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic clinical environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, treat, and care for patients with pulmonary disorders in both acute and chronic care settings
- Administer and monitor respiratory therapy modalities (e.g., ventilation management, nebulizer treatments)

- Educate patients and families regarding respiratory treatments and disease management
- Accurately document interventions and patient responses in electronic health records
