Desired Qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
• Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) certification; ACLS preferred
• Experience with respiratory assessments, interventions, and ventilator management
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Previous acute care or hospital-based experience is highly valued

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, treat, and monitor patients with cardiopulmonary disorders
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, including administration of oxygen and aerosolized medications
• Set up, monitor, and adjust ventilators and other respiratory equipment
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on patient care plans
• Educate patients and families on respiratory therapies and disease management
• Document assessments and interventions according to hospital policy
