Schedule Details:
- 13-week contract
- Night shifts: 36 hours/week, 12-hour shifts
- Every 3rd weekend and holiday rotation
- Primary assignment: Waukesha Memorial (occasional float to Oconomowoc, Mukwonago, and other units)
Qualifications:
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT license) with WI state credential
- Minimum 3 years of experience in critical care; NICU experience highly preferred
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications
- Recent proficiency with EPIC charting (within the last 12 months)
- Demonstrated adaptability, resilience, and strong interpersonal skills
- COVID-19 vaccination required (unless valid exemption applies)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver advanced respiratory care in critical care and emergency settings
- Provide specialized support for NICU patients as needed
- Float to various units and facilities per census and clinical skill compatibility
- Uphold high standards of patient care and clinical documentation
- Foster collaboration with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
