Schedule/Hours:

• 13-week contract
• Guaranteed 36 hours per week
• Primarily night shifts (12s & 8s): 06:30-15:00 or 06:30-19:00
• Every 2nd or 3rd weekend required

Key Qualifications:

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or CRT license, WI RRT required
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience, with competency in critical care and NICU settings
• EPIC charting experience within the past 12 months
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications
• Strong adaptability, teamwork, and resilience are essential
• Covid-19 vaccination required (unless medical/religious exemption applies)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver advanced respiratory care to neonates, pediatrics, and adults in emergency and critical care settings, including NICU
• Float to other units and nearby facilities as needed, staying within your clinical skill set
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure top-quality patient care
• Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC
• Adjust to changing patient census and unit needs
