Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) | Waukesha, Wisconsin

Schedule/Hours:

• 13-week contract
• Guaranteed 36 hours per week; 12 and 8-hour night shifts (06:30-15:00 or 06:30-19:00)
• Every 2nd or 3rd weekend required

Responsibilities:

• Deliver advanced respiratory therapy, primarily in critical care and NICU units
• Utilize EPIC for documentation (recent experience required)
• Provide emergency and critical support where needed, including floating to affiliated units
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and adapt to different clinical environments
• Maintain high professional standards, ensuring compliance with hospital guidelines and infection control protocols
• Adapt smoothly to changing circumstances and support fellow healthcare professionals

Qualifications:

• Current ACLS, BLS, and RRT or CRT license; Wisconsin RRT required
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Respiratory Therapist, including critical care and NICU
• Proficiency with EPIC charting (within the last 12 months)
• Strong adaptability, resilience, and excellent communication skills
• Must meet COVID-19 vaccination requirements (unless exempt)
