Schedule/Hours:

• 13-week assignment
• Guaranteed 36 hours per week
• Night shifts: 12- and 8-hour options (0630-1500 or 0630-1900)
• Every 2nd or 3rd weekend rotation

Qualifications:

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT), with a current WI license
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a critical care environment
• Proven NICU experience required
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, active RRT or CRT license
• Experience with EPIC charting in the past 12 months
• Flexible and resilient; adapts well to change
• Collaborative, social, and comfortable floating to other units
• COVID-19 vaccination (or qualified exemption)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver respiratory care in emergency, critical care, and NICU settings
• Float to units within primary and affiliated locations as census requires
• Chart accurately using EPIC EMR
• Work effectively under pressure in a dynamic healthcare environment
