Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist - Waukesha, WI

This position is tailored for Registered Respiratory Therapists (RRT) with invaluable NICU experience, offering exposure to critical and emergency care settings. Schedule/Hours:

• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Night shifts, formats of 12 or 8 hours (0630-1500 or 0630-1900)
• Every 2nd or 3rd weekend rotation
• 13-week contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional respiratory care in NICU, emergency, and critical care settings.
• Float between facilities and units (within your skill set) based on census needs.
• Utilize current EPIC charting system.
• Demonstrate resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Active RRT or CRT license; WI RRT required.
• Minimum 3 years of respiratory therapy experience, with NICU competency.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Recent charting experience on EPIC (within the past 12 months).
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
