Schedule/Hours:
- 13-week assignment
- Guaranteed 36 hours per week
- Night shifts: 12- and 8-hour options (0630-1500 or 0630-1900)
- Every 2nd or 3rd weekend rotation
Qualifications:
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT), with a current WI license
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a critical care environment
- Proven NICU experience required
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, active RRT or CRT license
- Experience with EPIC charting in the past 12 months
- Flexible and resilient; adapts well to change
- Collaborative, social, and comfortable floating to other units
- COVID-19 vaccination (or qualified exemption)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver respiratory care in emergency, critical care, and NICU settings
- Float to units within primary and affiliated locations as census requires
- Chart accurately using EPIC EMR
- Work effectively under pressure in a dynamic healthcare environment
