As a Registered Respiratory Therapist in this travel role, you will:

Qualifications/Desired Experience

• Current, unencumbered Respiratory Therapist license (RRT)
• Proven experience in acute or outpatient respiratory care
• Familiarity with a range of respiratory equipment and therapeutic modalities
• Certification in BLS (Basic Life Support) required; ACLS preferred
• Strong communication and patient-care skills
• Ability to quickly adapt to new clinical settings and workflows

Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive respiratory therapy treatments and interventions
• Assess patient needs and adjust care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
• Manage ventilators, oxygen delivery systems, and other respiratory support devices
• Document assessments, treatments, and progress clearly and accurately in EMRs
• Provide patient and family education regarding respiratory conditions and treatments
• Participate in rounds, emergency response, and quality improvement initiatives
