Schedule/Hours:

Key Qualifications:
- Current licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
- Proven experience in inpatient and emergency care settings preferred
- Proficiency in respiratory assessments, treatment planning, and ventilator management
- Ability to administer nebulizer treatments, oxygen therapy, and monitor patient responses
- Strong knowledge of respiratory equipment, protocols, and infection control standards
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Flexibility to adapt to changing workflows and patient needs
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough respiratory therapy assessments and implement care plans tailored to individual patients
- Deliver various respiratory treatments, support airway management, and assist with intubations as needed
- Monitor patient progress and adjust therapies in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team
- Manage and troubleshoot respiratory equipment to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and contribute detailed reports as part of electronic health documentation
