Key Qualifications:
- Valid and current Respiratory Therapist license
- Credential as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
- Proven competence in performing and interpreting a range of respiratory therapy procedures

- Strong clinical skills in airway management, ventilator support, and oxygen therapy
- Ability to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals, patients, and families

Responsibilities:
- Provide respiratory assessments and therapeutic interventions for patients with acute or chronic pulmonary conditions
- Administer and monitor breathing treatments, including nebulization, oxygen delivery, and chest physiotherapy
- Manage advanced airway equipment, including ventilators and non-invasive devices
- Accurately document assessments, treatments, and responses according to facility policies
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other clinical team members regarding patient care plans
- Educate patients and families about respiratory treatments and wellness practices
- Participate in emergency response procedures and rapid response teams as needed
