Registered Respiratory Therapist - Miami Beach, Florida

Schedule:

• 3x12 hour night shifts

Qualifications:

• Valid certification as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT)
• Active BLS and ACLS certifications
• State of Florida Respiratory Care Practitioner license
• Completion of an accredited respiratory therapy program with a college diploma or official transcripts
• Candidates must reside outside Broward, Dade, and Palm Beach counties to be eligible for consideration

Responsibilities:

• Administer a full spectrum of respiratory care therapies and interventions to patients in accordance with physicians’ orders and clinical protocols
• Monitor, assess, and document patient responses to respiratory treatments
• Operate advanced respiratory equipment including ventilators and monitors
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective patient care plans
• Deliver patient education and instructions to promote optimal respiratory health
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines
