Schedule/Hours:
- 3 x 12-hour day shifts
- Every other weekend rotation
- Voluntary on-call available
- 7a–7p or 7p–7a, with equitable holiday coverage
Required Experience & Qualifications:
- Registered or Certified Respiratory Therapist (RRT preferred; CRT with at least 2 years' experience considered)
- Minimum 2 years’ recent hospital experience (no entry-level applicants)
- BLS & NRP required for NICU; ACLS/APLS preferred
- Recent Level III NICU experience for NICU RT roles
- Proficiency with Cerner EMR and respiratory tech/equipment (e.g., PB 840/980, Drager VN500)
- Experience in adult critical care and/or neonatal transport preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver respiratory care across a diverse patient population, including NICU and adults
- Respond to critical care and transport needs in a fast-paced environment
- Float to like units as needed
- Participate actively in orientation and continuing education
