Schedule/Hours:

  • 3 x 12-hour day shifts
  • Every other weekend rotation
  • Voluntary on-call available
  • 7a–7p or 7p–7a, with equitable holiday coverage

Required Experience & Qualifications:

  • Registered or Certified Respiratory Therapist (RRT preferred; CRT with at least 2 years' experience considered)
  • Minimum 2 years’ recent hospital experience (no entry-level applicants)
  • BLS & NRP required for NICU; ACLS/APLS preferred
  • Recent Level III NICU experience for NICU RT roles
  • Proficiency with Cerner EMR and respiratory tech/equipment (e.g., PB 840/980, Drager VN500)
  • Experience in adult critical care and/or neonatal transport preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver respiratory care across a diverse patient population, including NICU and adults
  • Respond to critical care and transport needs in a fast-paced environment
  • Float to like units as needed
  • Participate actively in orientation and continuing education
