Qualifications and Experience:

• Active credentials as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
• Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain (as required)
• Proven experience in acute care or hospital-based respiratory therapy preferred

• Ability to assess, plan, and implement respiratory care interventions
• Proficiency with respiratory equipment and technology
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ respiratory status and develop individualized care plans
• Administer respiratory therapy treatments and life support for patients with compromised airways
• Operate, monitor, and maintain ventilators and other respiratory equipment
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
• Educate patients and their families on respiratory treatments and techniques
• Accurately document all care provided and maintain up-to-date patient records
• Respond promptly to emergency situations to deliver critical respiratory care

$2,299 - $2,432/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
