Key Qualifications:
- Relevant experience as a Sleep Technologist (Sleep Tech) or Respiratory Therapist with an interest in sleep medicine
- Active registration as RPSGT or RRT, OR:
- RRT with RPSGT or equivalent: Qualifies for independent technical and scoring duties
- RRT holding RST or RRT-SDS: Eligible for full scope of duties
- RRT without sleep specialty credential: Must complete A-STEP or accredited polysomnography program within 2 years; can carry out technical duties, but scoring must be supervised
- Candidates without a sleep specialty cert may perform scoring duties only while supervised
- Previous experience in an AASM-accredited sleep center highly desirable
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to high-quality patient care
Core Responsibilities:
- Monitor, record, and score sleep studies with precision and accuracy
- Set up and calibrate sleep study equipment
- Provide detailed reports and communicate findings with supervising credentialed sleep professionals as required
- Ensure patient comfort, safety, and confidentiality throughout each study
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to deliver optimal patient outcomes

$1,685 - $1,843/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
