Key Qualifications:

• Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to develop effective care plans

• Previous experience in a hospital or acute care setting preferred

Core Responsibilities:

• Initiate and monitor mechanical ventilation and non-invasive ventilator support as clinically indicated

• Educate patients and families about breathing techniques and therapeutic interventions
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to established safety protocols
