Required Skills & Experience:

  • Current licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
  • Minimum 1 year of recent respiratory care experience preferred
  • BLS and ACLS certifications (or ability to obtain prior to start)
  • Strong patient assessment and critical thinking skills
  • Adaptability to fast-paced and changing environments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory care procedures
  • Monitor patient responses and adjust care plans as necessary
  • Administer aerosol, oxygen, and other respiratory treatments
  • Educate patients and their families on breathing treatments and equipment
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
