  • Active certification as a Respiratory Therapist or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT)
  • Current credentialing and applicable licenses in good standing
  • Experience with mechanical ventilators, aerosol therapies, and airway management
  • Familiarity with monitoring and documenting patient responses to therapies
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff
  • Commitment to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, plan, and implement respiratory care for patients across various acuity levels
  • Perform diagnostic procedures and therapeutic interventions, such as arterial blood gas analysis, chest physiotherapy, and oxygen administration
  • Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to formulate individualized care plans
  • Monitor patient progress, adjusting therapies as needed based on physician orders and clinical assessment
  • Ensure safe operation and maintenance of respiratory care equipment
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards

$26 - $27/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
