Schedule:

  • Day shift, with on-call responsibilities

Qualifications:

  • Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential
  • Active BLS and ACLS certifications required
  • Demonstrated skill in respiratory therapy within a hospital or acute care environment
  • Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccination status or valid medical exemption
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, evaluate, and treat patients with respiratory disorders in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
  • Administer respiratory care procedures, including life support, oxygen therapy, and aerosolized medications
  • Monitor and document patient responses, quickly intervening in urgent or emergent situations
  • Assist with ventilator management and airway maintenance
  • Educate patients and families on respiratory care plans and preventative health strategies
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards
