Responsibilities include:

• Administering therapeutic and diagnostic respiratory care procedures, including oxygen therapy, mechanical ventilation, and aerosol treatments
• Conducting patient assessments and participating in care planning with multidisciplinary teams
• Maintaining accurate documentation of interventions and responses according to regulatory standards
• Monitoring, calibrating, and troubleshooting respiratory therapy equipment
• Delivering patient education on respiratory care management and preventive strategies
• Responding promptly to medical emergencies and rapid response situations
• Strictly adhering to infection control and hospital safety protocols
• Complying with physician orders and upholding evidence-based clinical guidelines

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
• Current state licensure as a Respiratory Therapist
• Experience working in acute care or hospital-based settings
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency with advanced respiratory support technology and mechanical ventilation
• BLS (Basic Life Support) & ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certifications preferred
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to patient care
