Respiratory Therapist | Baltimore, Maryland

Qualifications & Experience:

• Licensed as a Respiratory Therapist, Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT), or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT)
• Active credentials and state licensure meeting all current requirements
• Minimum of one year of acute care or hospital-based experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to new clinical settings and work collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams
• Proficiency in respiratory care equipment and procedures, including ventilator management and patient assessment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality respiratory therapy to neonatal, pediatric, and adult patients
• Assess, plan, and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare providers
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, including arterial blood gas sampling, chest physiotherapy, and airway management
• Document clinical activities in compliance with hospital policy and regulatory mandates
• Float between designated hospital campuses as assigned to meet patient care needs
