Qualifications:

  • Active license as a Respiratory Therapist, RRT, or CRT (as applicable)
  • Certification from an accredited respiratory therapy program
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; ACLS preferred
  • Previous clinical experience in acute care, critical care, or hospital settings
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and patient education skills

Responsibilities:

  • Administer a full range of respiratory therapy treatments to patients as directed by physicians and medical protocols
  • Monitor patients’ respiratory status and document therapy effectiveness
  • Operate, clean, and maintain respiratory care equipment
  • Provide patient and family education related to respiratory care and treatments
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies, including assisting with resuscitation and airway management as needed
  • Maintain accurate records in accordance with regulatory guidelines and facility standards

$1,558 - $1,705/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
