Schedule:

  • 7:00 pm – 7:30 am
  • Every other weekend required

Qualifications:

  • Valid credentials as a Respiratory Therapist or Registered Respiratory Therapist
  • Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification preferred
  • Strong clinical skills with a commitment to best practices in respiratory therapy
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities
  • Dedication to compassionate, patient-centered care

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality respiratory care, including assessment, treatment, and monitoring of patients with respiratory disorders
  • Operate ventilators, oxygen delivery devices, and other respiratory equipment effectively and safely
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the healthcare team to implement and evaluate respiratory therapy plans
  • Administer inhaled medications and monitor patient response to treatments
  • Educate patients and their families regarding respiratory procedures and ongoing care needs
  • Maintain accurate documentation for all treatments and therapies administered
