Schedule:
- 3 x 12-hour shifts, 1845-0715
- Every other weekend required
- 13-week contract assignment
Key Qualifications:
- Registered Respiratory Therapist credentials required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital or acute care setting
- Current, active state licensure as a Respiratory Therapist
- BLS certification (Basic Life Support) is mandatory
- Proven ability to collaborate professionally and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Comfort working in both Intensive Care and General Practice environments
Primary Responsibilities:
- Administer life-support, resuscitation, and a range of medical gas therapies under supervision
- Perform both invasive and non-invasive diagnostic and monitoring procedures for a diverse patient population
- Maintain and expand clinical competence across assigned business units
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all patient care activities
- Supervise, delegate, and direct Respiratory Therapists, as well as orient externs and students when assigned
- Deliver exceptional service while adhering to compliance, safety, and hospital protocols
- Provide required documentation for patient billing

$1,685 - $1,843/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
