Take the next step in your Respiratory Therapy career at a prominent facility expanding its services with the opening of a third Surgical ICU and increased Intermediate Care capacity. Here you’ll work alongside a large, highly skilled team in a tertiary, teaching hospital environment, broadening your professional skills through exposure to varied patient populations, including critical care, NICU/PICU, and emergency services. The diversity of cases, state-of-the-art equipment, and supportive leadership culture will challenge and grow your clinical acumen—making an outstanding addition to your resume.

Schedule & Assignment:

• 3x12 night shifts (7 PM–7:30 AM), with multiple shifts and openings
• 26-week assignment preferred
• Weekend shifts included
• Some call required (2 hours for oncoming shift)
• Flexible floating within specialties as needed

Desired Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in tertiary or teaching hospital, including level 1 trauma exposure
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
• BLS required; ACLS preferred; NRP required for NICU
• Experience across adult and pediatric acute/critical care, ED, NICU/PICU preferred
• Excellent communication, adaptability, and team-oriented mindset

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver acute and critical respiratory care to varied patient populations
• Float between departments as needed, including NICU, PICU, and emergency care
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment
• Utilize advanced ventilators and respiratory care technologies
• Accurately document care within the EPIC EMR platform
