As a Respiratory Therapist working night shifts in a dynamic hospital environment, you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams, manage diverse caseloads—including adult, pediatric, and neonatal critical care—and contribute meaningfully to patient outcomes. With multiple openings available and a preference for 26-week assignments, you’ll join a supportive group addressing recent expansions in surgical and intermediate care units.

Schedule:

• 3x12-hour night shifts (7PM – 7:30AM)
• 36 hours/week guaranteed
• Weekend hours required
• On-call required (2 hours for the oncoming shift)

Qualifications:

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
• Minimum 3 years’ experience, preferably in tertiary or Level 1 trauma centers
• BLS required; ACLS preferred; NRP needed for NICU
• Acute care pediatrics, NICU/PICU, and adult critical care experience strongly preferred
• Flexibility, collegial mindset, and strong communication skills are essential

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a 14–16 member RRT team, covering all units as assigned
• Respond to acute and critical care situations across multiple patient populations
• Operate a variety of advanced ventilators and respiratory equipment
• Float to areas needing support, including NICU/PICU, ED, and ICUs
