Required Qualifications:
- Active credential as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT preferred)
- Valid state licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist or eligibility for reciprocity
- Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
- Clinical experience with ventilators, airway management, and respiratory monitoring
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities

- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot mechanical ventilation and respiratory equipment

- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams on care plans and patient education
- Accurately document patient status and therapy in electronic medical records
