Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - Cleveland, GA

Exciting opportunities are available for experienced Registered Respiratory Therapists seeking night shifts in a dynamic hospital environment. Positions include both adult and NICU-focused roles, supporting critical care patients and collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams. These contract positions are ideal for professionals ready to make an immediate impact and looking for challenging assignments.

Schedule:

• 3x12-hour night shifts (7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.)
• Every other weekend required
• NICU Respiratory Therapists: 2 on-call shifts per 6-week period

Key Qualifications:

• Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required; NRP certification necessary for NICU Respiratory Therapists
• Minimum of 2 years recent experience as a Respiratory Therapist
• Recent critical care experience is essential
• Labor and delivery experience required for NICU RRT roles
• NICU Respiratory Therapists may also care for adult patients
• Open to both travelers and local candidates within a 100-mile radius

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality respiratory support and interventions for either adult or neonatal patient populations
• Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to develop and adjust patient care plans
• Accurately document assessments, treatments, and patient progress
• Respond rapidly to emergent situations, providing critical respiratory care in high-acuity settings
• Rotate weekend and on-call shifts as assigned
