Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - Coalgate, Oklahoma

Schedule:

• 8-week contract with possible extension
• Day shifts: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
• 3 shifts per week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Friday—no weekends required)

Qualifications:

• Valid credentials as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT)
• Experience in Emergency Department (ED), Medical/Surgical (Med/Surg) preferred; LTAC Respiratory Therapists welcomed
• Current state licensure as required
• Proficient with ventilator management
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Adaptable to a fast-paced, small hospital setting

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exemplary respiratory assessment, treatment, and monitoring for a 25-bed facility without ICU
• Manage ventilator care and collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other care team members
• Respond promptly to respiratory emergencies and provide airway management in collaboration with ED and Med/Surg staff
• Maintain accurate patient records and uphold clinical standards
• Support patient education and comfort throughout treatment
