Registered Respiratory Therapist in Coalgate, OK

A rewarding opportunity is available for a skilled Certified or Registered Respiratory Therapist to make a meaningful impact in a supportive, team-focused environment. Schedule:

• Day shifts: 9 AM – 9 PM
• 3 shifts per week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Friday—no weekends!)
• 8-week contract, with the possibility of extension

Qualifications:

• Credentialed as a Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
• Experience in Emergency Department and/or Medical/Surgical units required; LTAC RTs also welcome
• Confident in providing ventilator management
• Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable working in a small, 25-bed facility without an ICU
• Current licensure as required by state regulations, plus BLS/ACLS certifications

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional care to patients requiring respiratory support in both ED and Med/Surg areas
• Perform ventilator management, airway care, and related respiratory therapy procedures
• Collaborate with nursing and medical staff to create effective patient care plans
• Educate patients and families about respiratory conditions and therapies
• Document all interventions accurately and in a timely manner
