Key Responsibilities:

• Administer a range of respiratory therapy modalities, including treatments, ventilator management, and oxygen therapy
• Evaluate, monitor, and document patient progress and response to treatment
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and modify patient care plans
• Educate patients and families on procedures, equipment, and home care practices as needed
• Ensure compliance with all established safety protocols, infection control measures, and facility guidelines
• Operate, calibrate, and troubleshoot respiratory therapy equipment
