Desired Qualifications:

• Active certification as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
• Current state licensure

• Familiarity with ventilators, BiPAP/CPAP devices, and oxygen delivery systems
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Experience in acute care or hospital settings preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and implement respiratory care plans for patients with various cardiopulmonary conditions
• Administer and monitor respiratory treatments, including bronchodilator therapy, mechanical ventilation, and airway management
• Perform diagnostic procedures such as arterial blood gases and pulmonary function tests
• Educate patients and their families on proper techniques and equipment use
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care, therapy progress, and response to treatment
• Respond promptly to emergency situations and assist with resuscitation efforts as needed
• Ensure equipment cleanliness, readiness, and compliance with safety standards
