Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver respiratory care programs as ordered by physicians, including oxygen therapy, aerosol therapy, and mechanical ventilation
• Conduct diagnostic tests such as arterial blood gases and pulmonary function tests
• Monitor patient status and collaborate closely with nursing and medical staff on treatment plans
• Provide patient and family education on respiratory treatments and equipment usage
• Adhere to strict infection control and safety standards in all respiratory procedures
• Accurately document care and maintain proper records in accordance with facility policy

Desired Qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT required)
• Associate degree or higher in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program
• Proven clinical experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist
• Familiarity with a variety of respiratory technology, equipment, and procedures
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with team members, patients, and families
• Exceptional attention to detail and organization in fast-paced environments
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS preferred
