Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - Dublin, OH

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Respiratory Therapist or Registered Respiratory Therapist seeking a contract assignment to further develop clinical skills while making a meaningful difference in patient care.

• Schedule:
  • 3x12 hour night shifts, 7:00pm – 7:30am

Key Qualifications:

• Active and current Ohio Respiratory Therapy License
• BLS certification required
• Minimum of 2 years recent experience as a Respiratory Therapist or Registered Respiratory Therapist
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary care team
• Excellent communication and patient interaction abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver full-spectrum respiratory care to patients of varying acuity levels, including those in intensive care, emergency, and general care units
• Operate, monitor, and maintain respiratory equipment, such as ventilators and oxygen delivery devices
• Perform diagnostic procedures, airway management, and assist with therapies as prescribed by medical staff
• Respond promptly to emergency situations requiring rapid respiratory intervention
• Accurately document patient status, interventions, and progress
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health team members to optimize patient outcomes
• Conduct patient and family education on respiratory therapy plans and equipment use
