This role offers both day and night shifts to suit varied preferences and maximize work-life balance.

Schedule:

• Day and night shifts available

• Flexibility to float between two facilities

Qualifications:

• Licensed Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT) with valid certification
• Previous acute care or hospital experience strongly preferred
• Strong assessment, mechanical ventilation, and airway management skills
• Knowledge of current respiratory therapy modalities and technology
• CPR/BLS certification; ACLS preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills
• Adaptable to fast-paced and ever-changing clinical environments

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality respiratory care to patients with varying acuity
• Perform respiratory assessments, administer therapies, and monitor results
• Manage ventilators, CPAP/BiPAP setups, and advanced airway devices
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to plan, deliver, and evaluate care
• Float seamlessly between assigned units, supporting diverse patient populations
• Uphold infection control standards and all relevant clinical protocols
• Educate patients and families on respiratory conditions and care procedures
