Schedule:

• 36 hours per week guaranteed
• Three 12-hour shifts per week

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Active California Respiratory Therapist license required
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credentials preferred
• Valid NRP, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Recent proof of negative TB test (within the past 12 months)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Initiative and adaptability in dynamic healthcare settings

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe and effective respiratory care to patients across all age groups
• Assess, plan, and administer therapeutic treatments for breathing and cardiopulmonary disorders
• Collaborate with medical staff to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatments as needed, and educate patients and families
• Document thoroughly and comply with best practices to ensure exceptional patient outcomes
