Schedule:

  • 3x12-hour day shifts (36 hours per week guaranteed)

Qualifications:

  • Active and unrestricted California Respiratory Care Practitioner license
  • Credentialed as Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT)
  • Current certifications in NRP, BLS, ACLS, and PALS
  • Proof of a negative TB test within the past 12 months
  • Strong clinical judgment and ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive respiratory assessments and administer appropriate therapies
  • Apply advanced techniques for ventilator management and airway care
  • Monitor patient responses, document clinical interventions, and adjust care plans as needed
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other allied health professionals to optimize patient outcomes
  • Provide support and education to patients and their families on respiratory conditions and equipment
  • Maintain accurate records in accordance with hospital protocols and regulatory requirements

  • Contract position with guaranteed hours for assignment duration
