Responsibilities:

• Assess, monitor, and treat patients with respiratory disorders according to established protocols
• Administer respiratory therapy treatments using equipment such as ventilators, CPAP/BiPAP, and nebulizers
• Monitor patient responses and report any adverse reactions or changes in status
• Perform diagnostic tests, including pulmonary function studies and blood gas analysis
• Educate patients and their families on equipment use and therapy goals
• Ensure all respiratory equipment is set up efficiently, maintained, and functioning properly
