Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - Fenton, Michigan

Open Shifts:

• Two night shift positions available
• One day shift position available

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Respiratory Therapist
• Associate of Science degree in respiratory therapy
• NBRC (National Board for Respiratory Care) certification
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
• Active Respiratory Therapist license in the State of Michigan
• Current BLS certification through American Heart Association
• Preferred qualifications:
  • Familiarity with PB 980 and/or EV300 NIV ventilators
  • Experience with ABL blood gas analyzer
  • Previous exposure to special care nursery settings

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver life-support interventions, resuscitation efforts, and medical gas therapies
• Carry out invasive and non-invasive diagnostic procedures in Intensive Care and General Practice Units
• Maintain clinical expertise via assignments across different business units as directed
• Communicate clearly with patients, clinical teams, and physicians to support coordinated patient care
• Accurately document all aspects of patient care as well as required billing information
• Provide supervision, guidance, and delegation to Respiratory Therapists, new staff, externs, and students

$1,685 - $1,843/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
