You’ll have the chance to float between two respected medical facilities, broadening your experience and enhancing your skills in both critical and routine settings.

Schedule/Hours:

• Multiple shifts available: Days and nights

Key Qualifications:

• Active credential as a Respiratory Therapist: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT)
• Current licensure to practice as a Respiratory Therapist
• Demonstrated proficiency delivering care in acute settings
• Adaptability to transition between clinical environments as needed
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and deliver therapeutic respiratory care to patients of varying acuity levels
• Operate and manage ventilators, airway devices, and other respiratory equipment
• Perform diagnostic tests and assist with procedures to support patient care plans
• Collaborate closely with nurses, physicians, and other allied health professionals
• Monitor patient status, document therapy outcomes, and adjust interventions as necessary
• Educate patients and families regarding respiratory therapies and equipment use
