• 5 and 8 hour shifts available

Key Qualifications:

• Credentials as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
• Valid Respiratory Therapist license
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Previous experience delivering patient-centered respiratory therapy in an acute care or hospital setting
• Strong decision-making skills and the ability to respond effectively in urgent situations
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess patients and administer prescribed respiratory care procedures such as oxygen therapy, mechanical ventilation, and aerosol medications
• Monitor equipment and patient responses, making necessary adjustments in collaboration with physicians
• Educate patients and families on breathing techniques and the proper use of respiratory equipment
• Maintain accurate treatment records and documentation in compliance with facility protocols
• Ensure all respiratory therapy supplies and equipment are properly maintained, sanitized, and functional
• Participate in interdisciplinary patient rounds to support coordinated care
